Bibb County High School Softball pitcher, Mandi Woodruff
along with Haley Suttle were recently named to the First-Team All-State Class
4A Squad by the Alabama Sports Writers Association.
Woodruff was named by the Tuscaloosa News as a part of their
Softball’s best team by sports writer, Andrew Carroll.
Woodruff threw 5 no-hitters and 3 perfect games in
2012. She had a record of 27-19
with a 2.33 ERA, and 471 strikeouts.
She averaged 12.2 strikeouts per 7 innings this season.
Woodruff is only a junior and will be returning to the BCHS
squad next season.
