WBHS Senior Star Softball Players Score Scholarships

On January 19, 2011, two of West Blocton High School’s star softball players signed to receive scholarships to play for two different colleges. Senior Starla Vining committed to play ball for the Marion Military Institute Lady Tigers softball team, and senior Kristen Evans committed to play ball for the Jefferson Davis Warhawks softball team. Both girls play under the leadership of Coach Brad Rooker. WBHS anticipates a wonderful season this year. Congratulations Starla and Kristen! Good luck this season!
