Joseph Clay Fancher, 45 of Brent was arrested on February 11th and charges with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Bibb County Sherriff’s Department were assisting parole officers who were conducting a random home check. Fancher tested positive following a mandatory drug test. Following this BCSD searched the residence. A meth lab was discovered inside the home and one was discovered behind Fancher’s home in a wooded area. Deputies also recovered finished meth product.
Fancher is currently in the Bibb County Jail. No bond has been set as he is declared in violation of his probation.
A female was also arrested in the incident, Crystal Voughn Sanderson of Brent was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sanderson has been released on bond.
