Hattie and Ila reach milestones



Local women are Mrs. 100 and Mrs. 102

Mrs. Hattie Kidd was recently celebrated her 100th birthday.  She is one of 12 children of the late Robert and Mariah McConell.  Hattie is the youngest of 12 siblings.  
She was married to the late Sanford Kidd Sr.  The couple raised their 8 children together.  This respected and well known member of the Bibb County community has been a member Mt. Tabor Baptist Church most of her life.  
When asked how it felt to turn 100, Mrs. Kidd replied; "Thank the Lord I am still here, but I am waiting for you Lord."




Mrs. Ila Hoggle celebrated he 102nd birthday on July 13.  This young lady in loved by many memebers of the Bibb Medical Center Nursing Home staff.  She was married to the late Henry Hoggle.  The couple had 2 sons and 1 daughter together.
Mrs. Hoggle has been a resident of BMCNH since 2005 and is a member of the Red Hat Society.
