Bibb County had impact on James Spann's life.
Notable meteorologist James Spann who currently works for ABC 33/40 spoke at Centreville Middle School this morning. During his presentation Spann told a heart felt story about how Bibb County touched his life before he became the most recognizable meteorologist in Alabama.
